Mental health programs
Fund or arrange psychological support for R22eR members, veterans and their families, including therapy, support for children, and access to psychologists or social workers.

Help with operational stress injuries and PTSD
Specialized support for people living with psychological after-effects of military service, through therapy, healing retreats, peer groups or awareness programs.

Resilience and prevention
Prevention that builds mental and physical health: stress workshops, yoga, meditation, conferences or psychological first aid training.

Adapted physical activity
Encourage movement as a path to well-being and rehabilitation through adapted training, therapeutic sport or community sporting events.

Support for families and caregivers
Support the loved ones who stand with a member or veteran, through respite, family groups and resources that explain mental health issues.

Gatherings that restore belonging
Strengthen social ties through regimental dinners, family retreats, community events, commemorations and informal coffee meetings.
